Design & Construction Management
Our Design and Construction department is a service organization responsible for the engineering, architecture, planning, documentation, construction, renovation, repair, and maintenance of all Âé¶¹Ö±²¥ buildings and facilities. The department provides and administers utilities, architectural and engineering services, and annual capital programs. Our goal is to provide these services in a manner consistent with the Âé¶¹Ö±²¥'s standards of excellence.

CONSTRUCTION UPDATES (January 2026)
Weiss Hall - Completed in August 2025.
WML HVAC, Phase 6 - Substantially completed.
Humanities Commons - Design to be completed Feb 2026, planned construction summer 2026.
Madison Ave Green Space - Planned construction summer 2026.
St Thomas Hall HVAC Replacement, Phase 5C (4th floor) - Construction phase 5C planned for summer 2026.
GLM Interior Flooring - Work completed.
WML Chiller - Completed design under review for a new chiller for WML, TDC, Montrone & Pilarz.
Hafey Hall Flooring Replacement - Construction planned for summer 2026.
O'Hara Masonry Restoration - Construction substantially complete. Finish punchlist Spring 2026.
Additional Parking at Montrone - Construction completed.
